  1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to change other item/process a refund.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

  1. Returns & Refund 

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Due to hygiene issue, we do not accept any returns due to change of mind. We do not accept returns once order has been dispatched except item you received is faulty, incomplete or other valid reason. 

3.2 Damaged/ Defective Returns

In the event you receive a damaged/defective item, you may return the product(s) in its original condition together with its original receipt within 14 business days upon goods received.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. To initiate the return and refund process, please contact us at customerservice@iconicmedicare.com within 14 business days from delivery with supporting evidence as follows: -

Please return the goods in its original packaging and include original receipt. In case of refund, gifts with purchase may be requested to be returned. Our customer service representative will advise accordingly.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to your dedicated account. Kindly be reminded that any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.  We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Iconic Medicare will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

 

Upon receipt of the returned package, please allow 3 - 5 working days for exchange or refund processes. Confirmation of exchange or refund will be notified via Iconic Medicare Official Store customer service email - customerservice@iconicmedicare.com           

Refund will not be processed should the goods returned is incomplete or not in its original condition.

3.3 Exchange or Refund 

Exchange or refund here refers to purchases made via Iconic Medicare Official Online Store or Iconic Medicare Official Counters only. If you buy Iconic Medicare's products from unauthorized retailers, websites or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our return/exchange or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.

Iconic Medicare reserves the right of making final decision to disapprove exchange or return should the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition or any of the terms above are not met.

Kindly be reminded that any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement. Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 30 working days upon refund confirmation, duration may varies depending on bank processing time.

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 30 days. However, shipping time frame shall subject to change accordance to time frame provided by service providers and market demand.

 

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 30 days (If Any). This varies greatly depending on the courier service providers. Shipping time frame shall subject to change accordance to time frame provided by service providers and market demand.

 

4.3 Change of Delivery Address

If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service immediately at +6016 943 7199. Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been packed or shipped.

 

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping

Iconic Medicare are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

 

4.5 Military Address Shipping

We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

 

4.6 Items Out Of Stock

We regularly restock items once they are back in stock. However, please note that certain designs may be discontinued. For information on specific designs, please reach out to our customer service

 

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

 

  1. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, Please take a picture, reject the parcel from the courier and WhatsApp us.

 

  1. Duties & Taxes

6.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

 

6.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country (if any)

Once order has been paid, no cancellations is allowed. No changes are allowed after 1 working days upon confirmation.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
